1 Message definition
You can either create an html message using classical html software editors (Dreamweaver, Nvu, Golive, FrontPage) or using standard office automation softwares (Word, Publisher, Open office...) or using Mail For You internal editor. Then customize your message by automatically inserting information coming from your database (Company name, contact name, title, ...). Finally, you can if needed also define documents to be attached to the message.

2 Recipient List definition
The best is to directly use your contact list from your native databases. Mail For You manage any type of database formats (Excel, Access, SQL Server*, MySQL*, Oracle*, DB2*, Filemaker*, Dbase, Paradox ...). You can also define or add manually new contacts in your sending list directly from the software. Moreover you can specify specific rules and criterias to filter* your recipient list. Finally the product manage automatically the remove list.

3 Campaign execution
The software enables before launching to check if all data used for the campaign are valid (email structure, missing information, duplication management...). The execution can be either done immediately or on schedule* to be define. As soon as sent, each email send back information which will be used for the campaign analysis.

4 Campaign efficiency and analysis *
Mail For You enables to get accurate information about each message sent and know for example if the emails were well received, opened, if the links were visited, if people wants to be removed from your next emailing campaigns and more.... This data are integrated in pre made PDF or RTF reports provided by Mail For You. Those data can also be exported in multiple database format to give you the possibility to define your own analysis.
